I don't get caught up with trends in the wellness industry. I am dedicated to understanding what enables my clients to make optimal decisions for their individual health. I create personalized plans for each client with goals not limited to nutrition.

I focus on general wellbeing and health, weight loss, healthy aging, autoimmune conditions, digestive health, diabetes, high cholesterol, family nutrition, and more.
